David Hernandez has become the latest contestant to be voted off 'American Idol'.
Hernandez was placed in the merchantman trey with Syesha Mercado and Kristy Henry Lee Cook and tV audience voted to eliminate the 24-year-old.
Hernandez had song 'I Byword Her Standing There' on the Lennon-McCartney-themed episode.
Commenting later his voiding, he said: "Candidly, things happen for a cause. We all have a design, and on pinnacle of that you'll check me at the peak. This isn't it for me."

Irish Gaelic artists Fionn Regan and The Thrills ar among the 54 acts on the longlist for the prestigious Short list Music Prize in the US.
Regan is longlisted for his debut album 'The Death of History' patch The Thrills ar longlisted for their latest album 'Teenager'.
Among the judges of the 2008 swag are Snow Patrol's Gary Lightbody and the Killers' Ronnie Vannucci.
Ten acts volition be shortlisted for the laurels early on in 2008.

Actress Jessica Alba has said that she is busy fashioning eleventh hour preparations in her home forward of the reaching of her child.
